Lifetime support

Buying from Diamedica automatically entitles you into dedicated support for the lifetime of your product. We commit to provide free, ongoing after sales support via email or telephone and WhatsApp for as long as you have the equipment. Our equipment is renowned for durability and reliability and we proudly offer extensive training and support for every product that leaves our UK factory.

Hands on training

Training is a fundamental part of the service we provide, with our managing director, Robert Neighbour, teaching on a variety of educational programmes around the world each year. Our biomedical engineers have also spent the last ten years training clinicians and biomedical engineers directly – not just in hospitals but on training courses for humanitarian and disaster relief agencies. When you buy from Diamedica we immediately commit to a bond of service for the lifetime of your product. This may take shape of making an installation at your healthcare facility, training in the safe use and maintenance of your equipment, or even over-the-phone crisis consultations. Diamedica is continuously striving to provide the end users with the best possible knowledge and education to enable safe anaesthesia and surgery.

Service maintenance

Diamedica’s products are designed to require minimal maintenance. We work closely with local in-country trained and certified partners to ensure biomedical engineers are fully equipped with the expertise required to guarantee the longevity and sustainability of each product. With every machine purchased from Diamedica, we offer a two-year warranty. This warranty offers access to replacement parts for the machine and around the clock dedicated customer support from our fully trained team of biomedical engineers.

Education

Education, training and knowledge are key components to providing lifesaving healthcare. Working hand in hand with clinical staff through local training programmes, we pledge to provide expert education in the use and maintenance of our equipment directly to the primary staff. This makes certain that our equipment continues to be both reliable and sustainable throughout the lifetime of the product.

Installation

Our dedicated team of biomedical engineers shares their expertise with every installation, ensuring the sustainability and longevity of all our products. We work with in-country partners, training and certifying each engineer to ensure they are fully equipped with the knowledge and expertise to facilitate straightforward installations. Our outstanding reputation, spanning more than a decade, stems from our commitment to go the extra mile  to ensure our equipment remains reliable and cost-effective throughout its lifespan.
